REAL OR FRAUD?

Hello friends today on Friday 12, Aug 2016 I am writing this blog for those people who wants to know either  we should join DBA or Not?

I am not going to conclude the result is it Fake or Real? But leaving it on you whether you want to join it or not.

LET’S START

 I am B.Tech Qualified

I was travelling from Chandigarh to Amritsar after giving interview. Then I met a person who is already working in DBA because he told me that, he collected my information (just general info). Then he told me if you are searching a job then you can apply in DBA and also he told me there are many 10^th , 12^th B.tech, M.tech, BCA, etc.(different education background)working with us. OK, if someone offering Job then who refuses that offer. Then I ask him “how much you are earning from this?” he told me “when I join the DBA I get 15000Rs and after 6 months I got 18000Rs and he is 12^th pass and also told me as you are B.tech holder you can even get more from this Job obviously” but he didn’t told me about his work in DBA. I got excited a bit but not sure I am going to do this after all I am B.tech holder and I got my own plans, OK fine. We exchange our number, and also he told me to send my resume on his email id, fine and I reached my home.

Next day

When I woke up, I forgot about that meeting and started doing my work. After 2 days, that guy call me and ask me to send my resume ,and if you get shortlisted, then you have to attend the 5 days training and bring 1500 rs, if I want to work with them. Ok, I agreed with him and decided to send resume, he is so kind to me. Who not want to earn money that they are offering. But after that I started searching about this company and I found many Negative as well as Positive comments, then I decided to go on and FIND THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS COMPANY by myself. 

Another Next

I reached Mohali, that guy receive me from the pick point and get me into his place, and after reaching there, I ask him about the work ,but he did told me about his work clearly, but I know the work because I search a lot before coming to Mohali. I have lots of question in my mind, the very next day we reach the site (DBA), and from outside it looks quite exciting because there are so many people outside the premises and entering the premises. After entering into the Gate they collect my id card for confirmation of the candidate. Then the senior come forward and introduce himself and started touring the building of DBA. But I didn’t find anybody working there because there was huge crowd of youngsters not easy to justify, what they are doing?. It is like PGI CHD (LOL). Ok I want to know the truth, that’s why I am here. I decided to continue into this. Then the fun part started…………

Mighty SYSTEM

(That I already know because of the internet and i want some answer)

SYSTEM NO: 1

TARGET

In this system they told us about what is target? And why it is so important?

Then told us history of target….

In 1953 Howard University conducted survey on 100% student and name it “worldwide survey” in which

70% has rough target

17% has not target

10% has clear target

3% has clear target and good planning

After 20 year they conduct survey on same people

70% are above poverty line

17% are below poverty line

10% achieve their target

3% are richest person by using SMART formula.

They want us to make target by using smart formula, and try to show us, if you want to achieve these target, you can do this from DBA.

After that, they told us Target are 3 type

TOURING

In this system they told us why touring is important and how to do that

• ·     *    Don’t leave your friend alone

• ·     *    Don’t point your finger use your hand
• ·    *     Keep track on time
• ·       *  See off your friend on time and effectively

In my opinion, this is good thing for me. That, I learn and use this techniques in my life. You know what I mean

Then they want us to show how we can tour the company?

SYSTEM NO: 3

ABP SITTING

A – Adviser (giving all info)

B – Bridge (who bring us into DBA)

P – Prospect (myself)

They told us, SHUBHASH CHANDRA BOSE bring this technique from japan, and NEPALI senior bring this technique into DBA.

Also told us Learner always faces towards the wall and adviser and bridge can change their places, accordingly which hand they use to write.

In this session, they told us how to talk or approach unknown person. The one and only important thing is STRONG EXCUSE and the rest is automatically runs into flow.

WTF- I am on 3^rd day of training and they want me to T-UP 3 things that I hardly believe and who I can / how can someone T-UP the above point if he don’t know the work yet and the crowd only youngsters shouting and walking here and there ….DBA –one team , one dream

Give me a break bro. what team and what is the work.

(Remember: I was there only to find the truth about the company because I read lots of negative and positive comments on google)

NAME LIST

In this system, they want us to know, why name list is necessary.

Why name list is necessary at home

Why name list is necessary outside home

Why name list is necessary inside DBA

And you have to write by your own after they explain it to you

You may be confused about why name list is there, in system, because you are going to use this name list latter on this training process. You just need to remember this point in mind.

SYSTEM NO: 7

INVITATION CALL

This is the point where you are going to use name list. Before inviting someone you have to change yourself completely, know you know what I mean.

At the end they told us why it is important because to remove negative thinking and is conducted on 1^st and 4^th day.

They told us types of marketing

MLM that they are using is further classified into 3 parts

You can search these system over google or you may be already aware of it.

In conclusion business partners in link or chain system.

They will explain it very effectively and then you understand very clearly that you can call your friend and ask them to join training for 5 to 6 days. It looks very simple task. You will also get informed, that you can increase your rank from only single person, but to earn more income you have to increase number of person from 1 to 5.

(apart from this knowledge I am giving you a task and just ask your friend to join 5 to 6 day training for a job and bring 1500 rupee (some ask for 2000/-) if you like to join then purchase it if not then you can go as simple as that. Now what your friend says. But what if you are not joining there business they still get profit from you trainee.)

PART: 2

CALCULATING PROFIT

That mean if start with 20% and make partners of different ranks you will get 1600 rupee profit from each

 

That mean if you start with 29% and make partners of different ranks you will get profit of rupee 8000/-, 11600/-, 11600/- from each

That mean if you start with 38% and make partners of different rank you will get profit of rupee 8000/-, 15200/-, 25100/-

Simple as that but how to calculate profit, let’s see.

1.       If you start with 20% and make partner 20%. You will get profit from The purchase of 2^nd partner i.e 8000/-

Now you know the math 20% of 8000/- is 1600 rupee profit into your account. And rest of the ranks are higher than you that is why you will only get 1600 from each.

2.    If you start with 29% you have to purchase 20% than 29% i.e why it costs 53,000 tax including. If you make 20% you get 8000/- straight, if you make 29% then math is :

                                                                       (A-B)/100*(C purchase).

This is how 29% rank get profit from another 29% member.

Similarly, when it is 38% just add 38% below c 29. And add 8000 + 3600 + apply same formula and neglect B20 and assume A29 B29 and C38 you will get zero i.e. why 29% get 11600 rupee profit from 38% also.

You can calculate the same way with 38% with different member and see the profit.

Now, we know that how you can get profit from this. After that, they give us home work also after each day of training (sorry forgot to tell you that)

1.       What is your strong target from DBA?

2.       From which rank do you want start and why?

3.       Do you believe DBA’s Product and system can change your life?

4.       Name your 10 friends to whom you want to give chance?

From the first day they keep telling you the 3C

Chance/ change/ choice.

5.       Difference between JOB and Business.

I thought that the reason behind the 5 que. Is what you think know Business or JOB.

The MIGHTY INTERVIEW time

Believe me I forgot to write about one more thing, before the final interview they conducted MINI APPROVAL on the 3^rd day of training. And told us, if you fail in that mini approval you are not allowed to sit in further training session like calculation. They ask you question from the training system, what you have learnt. And believe me, when they ask me the name of systems in sequence wise , I fail to name that system after 4^th system, I didn’t get the name of 5,6.so on. I don’t know what happen? Seriously, I forgot the system name.

She told me “you fail to give answer what should I do with you”, I said “don’t worry, I’ll try next time then I’ll do my best” then she said “we never give 2^nd chance you will get chance only after 3years” I said “its ok, I am fine with that decision” it doesn’t make any sense to me. Then she ask few more question, and when I ask for the result she said “I’ll tell you on the last day of training” explains everything….

LAST INTERVIEW

That day, they create value of the senior how is going to conduct interview. Coming late may be he is in the DBA but they informed me, he is getting late due to bad weather. Again explains everything.

When he reach and started interview he ask question and I give answers after an hour ago he said “ ok but few things you don’t know properly so I’ll give you 45 min. and get prepared and bring answer of the question from 5 different seniors with sign”.

Ok, maybe he gives me a chance because he can see caliber in me. That I am still the best option.

I present the answer of the given questions, after that he sign me up. And ask when to join I ask I can join on Monday 15^th August 12, 2016, but he forces me to join on Saturday 13^th August 12, 2016.

He didn’t care about how I am going to collect money he said “these are all excuses, that how I can collect money? You can do it, I know”.

Explains everything…

THIS IS IT ………

From the day one every senior comes and says “ aap yahan training lagane aye hai , issi beech mein ako apki aukaat dikha dunga, job job kerte ho job kuch nahi bas kisi k niche ghisani hai apko bas,”

But they forgot they are scratching there as#es under ROSHAN SINGH BISHT 

Now, friends tell me during this 5 to 6 days of training, did you realize that, in this system there is only talk about system and purchase and making partners……at the end, you will find yourself running on to the streets for finding partners and try to earn money from the profit, your only focus is to earn money to wipeout your loan.

But where is garments and accessories

upon asking this question they said you can give this to anyone or keep it for yourself and also when someone become your partner the amount of profit comes from him that amount of cloth you can give him so you don’t have to worry about cloths and accessories.

During this 5 to 6 days training, they never show us cloths and accessories only few cloths that they are wearing but never talk about that.

You are not allowed to buy clothes from store directly just to try once, if you want to buy cloths you have to become partner first, no matter the quality of cloths is.

I seriously don’t know the future of this company but they are seriously making money out of it, if we purchase, we have to make partner. At the end u ill find yourself try to make members from your family, friends and even on streets.

Choice is up to you whether you to join or not.

My duty is to bring truth in front of you.

I never see any company whose first step is lie to people, calling for job. And they said

” if a small lie can change someone future, then it’s not a lie”

 But, who’s making whose future, it’s a matter of time.

IMPORTENT 

One More Thing

What if someone not joining then what happen…?

Let’s see.

They ask for 1500 rupee/ person (some ask 2000/-) but for calculation we take 1500/- only. They said 500/- management fee (loll training is free bro.) and the rest is for our food and shelter for 6 days training.

But they are not bringing food from outside but preparing by their own efforts. Ok fine. But the training is free of cost, why 500 for manag. And tell me, how much you can eat in the morning, at lunch near factory, and at night by making food by their own efforts. That is not a 5 start kind of food to be frank with you. Sometime they prepare potatoes with lots of liquid water you can judge the cost and quality of the food.

Let’s Do the Math

1 person = 1500/-

3000(approx.) =?

? = 3000*1500

=4,500,000/-(forty-five lakhs)

 (And believe me there are there floors in the building fully occupied and I already told you some ask for 2000/-)

How much you can eat in the morning and at night.

A lunch is heavy enough for the day and it cost 40 rupees

Lunch = 40 rupee (dal, roti, rice, sabzi, dahi,salad) full meal

Breakfast = 40 rupee (4 chapatti, dal, tea if ask)

Dinner = 40 rupee (daal, rice, roti)

This is one day cost on a meal for one person = 120 rupee

For 6 days = 120*6= 720 rupee/person

What for 3000 person

3000*720= 2160000/-(twenty-one lakh sixty thousand)

What is profit?

4500000-2160000=2340000/- profit to whom?

In that situation, how much 3000 person can eat for 5 to 6 day.

And the owner clearly states that this training and the involving money doesn’t have any concern with the company because the training is free. Then where is the money going.

You can clearly see, how many times, I mansion garments and accessories.

Choice is yours, this is your life, you still want join go for it. 

IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER

1.       They lie at first, calling for JOB and then reveal that its business.

2.  During the period of training, they never use cloths and accessories. If it is Indian made, it should cost us low, but no it’s quite expensive. And manufacture at LUDHIANA based factory. You can understand the cost of cloths

3.   They want us to join as fast as possible/as soon as possible, no time for making our own decision. Within 2 days or else you will get next chance after 3 years. LOL

4.     They uses sad stories of their own or imaginary to convince you to join this business, and tell us that, there is no other way to survive.
